Your Role

• Full Operational Ownership – You are the sole leader on-site in a 24/7 operation.
• Hands-On Leadership – Be on the ground with your team, coaching, mentoring, and solving problems in real time.
• Lead & Drive – Expect to drive 20-30% of the time to ensure smooth operations and meet demand.
• Make Quick Decisions – In a dynamic environment, problems will arise. You fix them.
• Hire, Train & Develop Teams – Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performance team.
• Manage Performance & Accountability – Set expectations, track results, and take action to improve performance.
• Ensure 24/7 Coverage – Work with scheduling and dispatch to keep operations running at all times.

• Tampa, FL – Must live within a 35-minute commute.
• 100% On-Site – No remote work.
