Transportation Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead transportation operations across multiple locations in New Jersey
- Oversee drivers, fleet performance, and daily service delivery
- Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations
- Manage vehicle maintenance programs and vendor relationships
- Conduct driver training, evaluations, and onboarding
- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Drive operational performance, safety, and financial results
Requirements
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement (required)
- 3+ years of experience in transportation, shuttle, bus, or passenger services
- Leadership experience (supervisor, dispatcher, lead driver, or manager)
- Strong knowledge of DOT and regulatory compliance
- Confident communicator who can lead teams and build client relationships
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
