Responsibilities
- Handle cases from inception with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate proven skills in writing, analysis, and research

Requirements
- Excellent academic background
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Maryland
- Self-starter with strong analytical and writing abilities
- Trial experience preferred but not required
Pay
National base salary ranges:
- Associates (1–6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
- Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
- Partners (7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+
