Transportation Driver - Non-Emergency Medical

Role: Medical Transportation Driver Responsibilities: Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to medical appointments, operate personal or company vehicles, follow app-based routes, assist passengers—including those with mobility needs—and conduct vehicle safety checks. Key Duties: Secure riders, maintain trip records in digital platform, adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations, collaborate with dispatch and support teams, and deliver courteous, on-time service to enhance access to care. Qualifications & Skills: Strong driving skills, excellent customer service, ability to follow routes and safety protocols, and effective communication. Prior experience in transportation or healthcare support is preferred.
