Transportation Coordinator / Driver

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in various settings including Woodside Lutheran Home, Woodside Manor, Woodside Villa, Woodside Oaks, and Woodside Haven. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, conducting health assessments, and maintaining resident records.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications as per doctor's orders
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and mobility
• Conducting routine health assessments and documenting findings
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
