Administer all types of construction projects including paving, bridge work, and major interchange enhancements. Solve problems and resolve issues to ensure projects meet ODOT’s high standards. Work with a team of dedicated individuals who all share the goal of delivering high-quality projects on time that serve the traveling public.
Responsibilities
- Administer construction projects (paving, bridge work, major interchange enhancements).
- Solve problems and resolve issues to meet ODOT’s high standards.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
Requirements
- 24 months of training or experience in construction management or construction engineering technology, including related safety practices.
- 12 months of training or experience in supervisory principles and techniques.
- 6 months of training or experience in reading survey and/or construction plans.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Completion of undergraduate core program in Construction Management or Construction Engineering Technology or equivalent minimum qualifications.
Pay
$33.32/hour ($69,306 annually).
Schedule
- Full-time.
- Work hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Work Location: District 6 Headquarters, Delaware County, Ohio.
