Treatment and Care

Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
Assist RNs and LPNs with resident care and daily living needs within CNA scope of practice.
Safely transport residents to medical appointments and other approved destinations.
Support resident comfort, safety, and well-being during transportation and care activities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document resident care activities and interactions.
• Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Absorb and communicate resident feedback to improve care quality.
• Assist with resident transfers and mobility as needed.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Current Illinois CNA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Dependable, organized, and flexible team player.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Passionate about providing compassionate care and support to residents.
