We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No placeholder. We need to parse the posting. Content: Title: Transportation Civil Engineer 1, CPA, PN: 20050730 Transportation Engineer 1 hire will complete ODOT’s Transportation Civil Engineering Program to include a 12 month training plan & scheduled rotation through the department’s core engineering disciplines; Planning & Engineering, Construction and Highway Maintenance. Then "What You Will Do" bullet points: - You will receive a thorough introduction to the three core civil engineering disciplines. - You will work along side of ODOT professional engineers. - You will receive hands-on transportation training & experience needed to further your career as an engineer with ODOT. Then "Benefits To You": list: - Enjoy an excellent work/life balance. - Receive paid time off with vacation, sick and personal leave. - Receive 11 paid holidays per year. - Receive regular pay increases; 1st increase after 6 months. - Receive an extensive benefits package; including Medical and FREE Vision, Dental and Basic Life Insurance after completion of eligibility period. - Experience growth opportunities within organization. - Participate in employee tuition reimbursement programs. - Receive a pension plan with 14% employer contribution. - For a list of all the State of Ohio benefits, please visit the Total Rewards website! (maybe we can keep but it's a link; but it's still benefit info.) Then "Bachelor's degree in engineering and Accepted for Basic Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (EIT exam) by Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors." Then "Job Skills: Civil Engineering Technical Skills: Civil Engineering, Transportation Professional Skills: Active Learning, Critical Thinking, Goal Setting, Time Management, Problem Solving" Then "Organization Transportation - District 01 Agency Contact Name and Information Aubrey.McDonald@dot.ohio.gov" Then "Unposting Date Sep 21, 2026, 11:59:00 PM Work Location District 1 HQ Primary Location United States of America-OHIO-Allen County-Lima Compensation 31.47 Schedule Full-time Work Hours 7:00AM - 3:30PM Classified Indicator Classified Union OCSEA Technical Skills Transportation, Civil Engineering Professional Skills Active Learning, Critical Thinking, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Time Management" We need to extract sections. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to decide sections: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing the role: "Transportation Engineer 1 hire will complete ODOT’s Transportation Civil Engineering Program to include a 12 month training plan & scheduled rotation through the department’s core engineering disciplines; Planning & Engineering, Construction and Highway Maintenance." Could be considered About the role. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" bullet points. - Requirements: maybe the Bachelor's degree and EIT exam requirement. - Qualifications: maybe not separate; but we could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for those if content exists. We have Bachelor's degree and EIT exam as requirement. Could also include "Accepted for Basic Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (EIT exam) by Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors." That's a qualification. - Skills: list of technical and professional skills. - Benefits: the Benefits To You list. - Pay: we have "Compensation 31.47" (likely hourly rate). Also "Receive regular pay increases; 1st increase after 6 months." That's pay info. So we can include Pay section. - Schedule: we have "Schedule Full-time Work Hours 7:00AM - 3:30PM". Also maybe "Full-time". So schedule section. We need to avoid placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit boilerplate besides maybe "For a list of all the State of Ohio benefits, please visit the Total Rewards website!" That's not boilerplate; it's a reference but we can keep as part of benefits. We need to drop minor metadata like Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The posting includes "PN: 20050730" maybe a job number; we should not make a heading for it; we can fold into a short

maybe under About the role or ignore. Probably we can drop it as minor metadata. Also "Unposting Date Sep 21, 2026, 11:59:00 PM" is metadata; we can drop or put in a short

. Probably drop. "Agency Contact Name and Information Aubrey.McDonald@dot.ohio.gov" could be contact info; we could fold into a short

maybe under About the role or ignore. Probably we can include as a short paragraph. "Work Location District 1 HQ Primary Location United States of America-OHIO-Allen County-Lima" could be location; we could include under About the role or as a short paragraph. "Classified Indicator Classified Union OCSEA" maybe minor. We need to preserve all substantive information; location is substantive? Might be considered location info. Could include under About the role as a paragraph. We need to avoid creating sections with filler. Thus sections: - About the role: include description of role, location, contact maybe. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Bachelor's degree and EIT exam. - Skills: technical and professional skills. - Benefits: list. - Pay: compensation and pay increases. - Schedule: full-time and hours. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract each piece. About the role paragraph: "Transportation Engineer 1 hire will complete ODOT’s Transportation Civil Engineering Program to include a 12 month training plan & scheduled rotation through the department’s core engineering disciplines; Planning & Engineering, Construction and Highway Maintenance." Also maybe include location and contact? Could add a short paragraph: "Located at District 1 HQ in Allen County, Lima, Ohio. Contact: Aubrey.McDonald@dot.ohio.gov." That's preserving info. But we need to ensure we don't invent. The location is given: "Work Location District 1 HQ Primary Location United States of America-OHIO-Allen County-Lima". So we can phrase: "Work Location: District 1 HQ, Allen County, Lima, Ohio." Contact: "Aubrey.McDonald@dot.ohio.gov". That's fine. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You Will Do": - You will receive a thorough introduction to the three core civil engineering disciplines. - You will work along side of ODOT professional engineers. - You will receive hands-on transportation training & experience needed to further your career as an engineer with ODOT. Requirements: "Bachelor's degree in engineering and Accepted for Basic Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (EIT exam) by Ohio Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Surveyors." Skills: "Job Skills: Civil Engineering Technical Skills: Civil Engineering, Transportation Professional Skills: Active Learning, Critical Thinking, Goal Setting, Time Management, Problem Solving" Also later repeated: "Technical Skills Transportation, Civil Engineering Professional Skills Active Learning, Critical Thinking, Goal Setting, Problem Solving, Time Management". Combine: Technical Skills: Civil Engineering, Transportation. Professional Skills: Active Learning, Critical Thinking, Goal Setting, Time Management, Problem Solving. Benefits: list from "Benefits To You": - Enjoy an excellent work/life balance. Pay: "Compensation 31.47" (likely $31.47 per hour). Also "Receive regular pay increases; 1st increase after 6 months." (already in benefits but it's pay increase; we could mention in Pay section). We'll include Pay: hourly rate $31.47, with first increase after 6 months. Schedule: "Schedule Full-time Work Hours 7:00AM - 3:30PM". So schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Now produce HTML. Schedule

    Full-time schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Check for any duplicated content: we included pay increase also in Benefits list; but it's okay to have in both? Might be duplication but we need to preserve all substantive information; we could keep it only in Pay section and remove from Benefits to avoid duplication. However the benefit list includes "Receive regular pay increases; 1st increase after 6 months." That's a benefit; we could keep it there and not duplicate in Pay. But Pay section should include compensation and maybe mention increase. To avoid duplication, we could keep pay increase only in Benefits and Pay section just compensation. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It's okay to have both but duplication may be considered redundant. Better to
