About the role

We are hiring immediately for OTR Solo Class A Drivers. This is a full-time, company driver position with year-round work and consistent freight. Drivers must be flexible to run recap hours (ELD) and know how to use macros.

Pay

• Guaranteed weekly base pay rate: $2,186.40 (drivers will bring home no less than this amount per week with per diem pay)
• 60 CPM (cents per mile) for all miles, loaded or empty (odometer to odometer)
• Earn weekly between $1,800–$2,500
• Earn up to $113,000 gross earnings per year
• Average 2,500–3,500 miles per week
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Paid for extra pick-ups and drops, detention time, breakdown pay, layovers, and chain on/off pay
• 34-hour restart pay
• Per diem pay available
• W-2 with payday every Friday (direct deposit or check options)

Schedule

• Out: Minimum 4 weeks or more (driver’s choice)
• Home time: 4 weeks out with 4 days off
• First load within 48 hours

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers for OTR (over-the-road) routes across all 48 states
• Handle 100% no-touch freight
• Use ELD (electronic logging device) and macros for compliance and reporting
• Maintain flexibility to run recap hours as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience
• Clean PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• No DUI or DWI convictions within the last 5 years
• Must be 21 years or older
• Reefer (refrigerated) experience required
• Must pass a drug screen
• Ability to use tablets for Samara ELDs, PrePass, and road tolls
