Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute patient transportation services in accordance with our organization's policies and procedures
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of patients to and from medical appointments, treatments, and other facilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Manage patient transportation schedules, including booking, confirming, and canceling appointments as needed
- Collaborate with other teams, including nursing, therapy, and administrative staff, to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation activities, including logs, reports, and statistical data
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our transportation department
