About the role
We are seeking a Transportation Aide (CNA) who is patient, employee-focused, a team player, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive facility culture. The primary responsibility is to provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure residents are comfortable and safe during transportation
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications
- Current Driver's License
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be insurable
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
