What you'll do:
- Answers phone in a warm and friendly manner when a guest calls to retrieve a car.
- Collects all the necessary information from the guest or nursing staff to ensure an accurate and safe transportation process.
- Provides transportation for residents and members to doctor's appointments and outings in Buckner owned and operated vehicles.
- Maintains accurate control of keys for parked cars.
- Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with Buckner Senior Living.
What you'll bring:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid Texas Drivers License.
- Excellent communication or organizational skills.
- The ability to use up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 20 pounds continuously to move food service and preparation equipment and other objects.
- The ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; ability to turn, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, stand and walk over 75% of shift.
