Transportation Analyst I

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers to confirm dates, deliveries, and receive invoices and BOLs.
• Support TT and accounting with order discrepancies or invoice issues.
• Aid in maintaining accurate records in the ERP or purchasing system.
• Perform basic data entry and reporting related to Freight activity.
• Follow all company safety and purchasing policies and procedures.

Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years' experience in a Transportation Environment.
• A bachelor's degree with 0 years' experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Basic understanding of transportation/freight delivery processes.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• No prior experience required, just preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to operate material handling equipment safely.
• Exposure to warehouse and production environments, including chemicals and noise.
• Required use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, respirator as applicable).
