How You Will Make a Difference Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as neededConfirm doctors’ appointments for residentsNotify family of arrangements regarding appointmentsMonitor daily documentation and filingAll other duties as assigned What You Need To Make a Difference Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire.Current/active CPR certificationValid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appearCustomer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure Signature HEALTHCARE of HART Now Hiring!
