Responsibilities
- Transports and assists patients to various departments and areas of the hospital.
- Transports supplies, specimens, equipment and other items as required.
- Receives, sorts, assembles Linen exchange carts and distributes linen.
- Assembles, disassembles, cleans, disinfects and maintains equipment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time, walk at least 10 miles per shift and able to push/pull over 74 pounds.
Requirements
- CPR & AED certification preferred.
- Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
