High-Impact Responsibilities
- Monitor network events 24×7×365 across multiple tools and independently manage and prioritize technical ticket queues in Remedy.
- Proactively analyze alarms, pinpoint the root cause of infrastructure faults, and identify failed network elements (hardware, software, circuits).
- Act as a critical node of communication, notifying essential points of contact based on heightened awareness networks and incident locations.
- Develop and maintain a centralized, known error database detailing defects, failures, and effective repair actions or workarounds.
- Execute repairs, replacements, and global equipment configurations to restore baseline operations.
- Provide top-tier support and critical oversight to ensure mission assurance across the enterprise infrastructure.
Qualifications
- DoD Familiarity: A solid understanding of DoDIN, DISN services, and incident management Network Controller Job.
- Analytical Prowess: Sharp troubleshooting skills for fault isolation and testing across varied information technology architectures.
- Cool Under Pressure: The ability to independently navigate complex, mission-critical events in a 24x7 operations environment.
