About the role
The Emergency Services (ES) Transport EMT will operate on the HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital EMS Transport Services’ Team. The primary duty is to assist the Paramedic in rendering safe and effective treatment and transport of HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital patients on the HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital EMS Transport Services’ ambulance. Responsibilities include responding to EMS Call-Center requests, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and facilitating transport appropriately.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
- Valid Driver License (DL)
- State Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification
- Associate Degree or Certificate
