Transmission & Substation Project Management Supervisor $140,000-180,000📍 St. Louis, MO 💼 Full-Time | Leadership OpportunityWe're partnering with a growing engineering organization that is looking to add a Project Management Supervisor to its power delivery team. This position will oversee project managers supporting high-voltage transmission line and substation projects, while also helping drive successful project delivery across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout.This is a great opportunity for an experienced transmission or substation Project Manager who enjoys the project delivery side of the business but is ready to take on more team leadership, mentorship, and oversight responsibility. What You'll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and provide day-to-day support to a team of Project ManagersOversee transmission line and substation projects throughout the full project lifecycleProvide oversight around project schedules, budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, risks, and overall project performanceCoordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, contractors, vendors, and client teamsHelp Project Managers identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budgetSupport contractor and vendor management, bid evaluations, and procurement activitiesParticipate in project planning, design, construction, and progress meetingsMaintain strong relationships with utility clients and key project stakeholdersSupport project execution planning, reporting, documentation, and financial performanceAssist with resource planning and workload management across the project management teamHelp develop Project Managers and establish consistent PM processes and best practices What We're Looking For 6+ years of project management or construction management experience within transmission, substation, distribution, or broader power deliveryExperience supporting projects through the construction phaseStrong understanding of project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, contractor management, and project controlsPrevious experience leading, mentoring, or supervising Project ManagersStrong utility client and stakeholder management experienceAbility to oversee multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools is beneficialPMP certification is preferred Why Consider It?
