About the role

Translator needed to support the assembly/manufacturing team by working with Japanese visitors and employees on the production floor, translating between English and Japanese, attending meetings, and being onsite each day.

Responsibilities

• Translate English to Japanese and Japanese to English.
• Assist Japanese visitors and employees on the production floor.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Work onsite at the manufacturing plant each day.

Requirements

• Must pass the Japanese/English translation test.
• Entry‑level position.

Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Translation experience or aptitude.
• Administrative and customer‑service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and environment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35.40 – $37.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will be based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
