Translations Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end translation and localization projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Act as the primary liaison between internal business unit clients and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements and timelines
- Oversee content quality and consistency across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand, terminology, and accuracy standards
- Manage vendor relationships, including work assignment, performance monitoring, and onboarding of new resources
- Utilize translation management systems (TMS) and AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
- Track and report on project performance, including cost, timelines, and quality metrics, while maintaining translation assets such as glossaries and style guides

- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
- 2-3 years of project management experience preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working with vendors and external partners
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality across all deliverables
- Familiarity with file types preferred
Additional Details
- This position requires the candidate to work full-time in Peoria
- May require coordination across multiple time zones
- Travel up to 10% could be required for meetings

- This position requires working onsite five days a week

Pay
Pay Range: $72,360.00 - $108,540.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
