Provide transitional support to clients in a mid-shift capacity.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks
- Monitor client safety and security
- Document client interactions and progress
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
