The Transitional Living Program Manager oversees a program designed to support individuals transitioning from foster care to independent living. The role involves managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the transitional living program
• Manage staff and ensure their professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social services or related field
• Experience working with individuals in foster care or similar populations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
