Position Overview
The Transition of Care Pharmacy Technician performs pharmacy-related functions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures to support safe and effective medication management throughout the continuum of care.
Education Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certification Qualifications
- Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (IL Department of Professional Regulation)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification is REQUIRED within 90 days of hire
Experience Qualifications
- Health-system pharmacy experience preferred

Pay Range
