Transition Manager - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities
- Manage transitions from multiple legacy contracts to SUPERNATURAL, ensuring a seamless transfer of Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of transition during transition periods, meeting weekly with the Sponsor to review contract and program/project status.
- Engage with cutting-edge technologies and contemporary development practices in support of a vital mission.
- Contribute to a mission that truly matters, while advancing your career alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in managing transitions for software applications.
- Minimum five (5) years in managing transitions for large-scale software applications.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL, Agile, and/or CMMI.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, infrastructure specialists, and other stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions.
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, preferred.
- Experience in managing transitions for cloud-based software applications (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Experience in managing transitions for applications with complex integrations, such as APIs, data migrations, or third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
- Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation) or project management, preferred.
- Experience in managing transitions for multiple stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and execution teams.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
