Responsibilities
- Call on physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers (discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare coordinators) to promote AccentCare homecare services.
- Serve as an expert on AccentCare services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with providers.
- Act as a company liaison to clients to resolve problems, provide information on services, and maintain positive relations.
- Partner with Account Executives, Executive Director, and Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement a business plan for the local market, reporting progress and results.
- Maintain organized account information, track sales data, and identify key accounts and potential problems.
Requirements
- Current license/registration by state of hire as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Experience in the local market with strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques.
- Previous medical sales experience preferred.
