About the role

Located in Lamar’s Phoenix office, the Transit & Airport division installs advertising campaigns on transit fleets, bus shelters, and train stations, ensuring compliance with Lamar and Transit Authority guidelines. The role also includes maintaining bus shelters, cleaning, and removing expired advertisements. Responsibilities

• Install and remove traditional and signature advertisements/campaigns on the interior and exterior of buses, trains, train stations, and shelters.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of advertisements being installed or removed, noting transit numbers, advertisement IDs, and replacement counts.
• Track daily installations to match estimated labor hours supplied by management.
• Maintain transit bus shelters: repair damages, replace light bulbs, remove graffiti, and report any shelter or advertisement damage for reordering.
• Build strong relationships with the operations manager and transit district staff, communicating effectively and understanding yard processes.
• Keep storage/warehouse organized, maintain vehicle and machinery appearance, and report required maintenance to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma required

Qualifications

• 3‑M Certification Program (a plus)
• Experience in vinyl graphics installation, sign shop, and/or vehicle wrap preferred
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year experience in a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role (e.g
