Transit Rail Project Manager

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in designing sustainable infrastructure solutions that enhance quality of life and protect the environment. Collaborate with clients to develop innovative projects that meet regulatory requirements and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in alignment with client needs and company standards.
• Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
• Manage project teams, including coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure design and management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Experience with project budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
