Every bus that leaves the garage in good working order is a promise kept to the riders who depend on us — commuters getting to work, students getting to school, and neighbors getting where they need to go. Your work will make a difference in keeping our community connected.

- Complete road calls and emergency repairs as needed
- Order parts and maintain inventory of commonly used components
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturer specifications

- Valid driver's license required; CDL (Class B) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Diesel engine experience is a plus but not required — training available for the right candidate
- Familiarity with electric vehicle systems a plus
- Working knowledge of brake systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Ability to use diagnostic scan tools and standard mechanic's hand/power tools
- ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to pursue)
- Willingness to take direction and coaching
- Team-oriented mindset — willing to share knowledge with other mechanics in the shop
