What awaits you: You manage transformer service projects from quotation to execution, ensuring profitability and customer satisfactionYou lead technical sales efforts and support coordinators with complex turnkey quotationsYou oversee multiple concurrent projects and guide service teams to meet deadlines and quality standardsYou maintain project documentation, track financials, and report results to managementYou build strong client relationships and negotiate change orders effectively What you bring to the table: You have a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in transformer service and maintenanceYou bring at least 3 years of project management experience and 5+ years in technical engineering or transformer installationYou are familiar with electrical systems wiring and metal fabrication (a plus)You demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsYou are willing to travel and can lift 35–60 lbs Our Benefits: Hover over our benefit icons and learn more about your benefits with us!
