Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of key transformation initiatives across the Specialty Care GBU
- Translate digital and AI capabilities into practical applications within franchises and functions
- Establish and manage governance, milestones, and delivery plans for initiatives
- Identify opportunities for digital and AI value creation across GBU processes
- Drive operational excellence and strategic synergies between franchises
- Ensure adoption and sustainability of new tools and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, scientific, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in delivering complex transformations with demonstrable results
- Experience in digital and AI-enabled transformations in biopharma is a plus
- Prominent record of leading cross-functional initiatives through a matrix organizational structure
- Familiarity with deployment of digital, data, and AI capabilities in a business context
