Transfer/Audit Analyst
Position Details
Evaluate undergraduate student records and determine credit to be awarded for courses completed for transfer into the University. Create and maintain degree audit and degree audit requirements. Create and maintain catalog records in BANNER. Advise students, faculty and staff about accreditation and University transfer credit policy and procedures with supervision received from Assistant Registrar for Transfer Affairs. Provide support to commencement, admissions events, new student orientation, etc.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Bachelor’s degree and two to four years related experience required.
- Aptitude for math, detail oriented, and effective communication skills (written and verbal) required.
- Effective customer service skills required.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment required.

Anticipated Pay Range
$ 47,000-$49,000
Special Conditions
- A probationary period may be required.
- Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime).
- This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy.
