Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Treater

About the role

Administer in-office therapeutic treatments using a breakthrough medical device for the treatment of depression under the supervision of a treating physician. This role involves interacting regularly with patients to ensure comfort and safety, managing clinical services, and supporting office operations through administrative tasks as needed.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 3 pm–6 pm

Responsibilities

• Administer NeuroStar therapeutic treatments according to established protocols and physician direction.
• Educate patients on the treatment process and address their questions or concerns.
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond effectively to any medical symptoms or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment records and referral reporting.
• Adhere to established clinical and office procedures to ensure a high standard of care.
• Promote a positive and welcoming work environment for both patients and colleagues.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Perform additional office administrative tasks as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum two years in a patient-facing or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and safe.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and manage a daily checklist.
• Physically capable of walking, standing, stooping, and bending.
• Visual and auditory dexterity to operate medical/mechanical devices.

Qualifications

Experience in a health care or clinical professional role preferred but not required.
