Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technician (TMS Tech)
About the Position
The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their treatment experience. This position combines patient care, scheduling, insurance coordination, and administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
What we are looking for
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Two (2) or more years of experience in a customer service, healthcare, or patient-facing role required. Experience with Microsoft Office applications required. Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, or patient coordination preferred. Healthcare experience preferred.
