Transactional Operations Strategic Transformation - Assistant Vice President / Vice President

About The Role iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the Transactional Operations team helping to lead strategic initiatives across the transaction lifecycle. This role will partner across Operations, Product, Technology, Data and Analytics, and external partners to design operational strategies, scalable processes, strengthen operational controls, improve visibility, and drive automation. This individual will help transform transaction operations into a standardized, data-driven, and exception-based operating model that supports continued growth and innovation. Responsibilities Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Transactional Operations, managing complex programs from business case development through implementation, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual operations.Partner with Product, Technology, and Data teams to align roadmap priorities and platform capabilities to support both internal teams and external clients.Prepare executive-level recommendations, project updates, and strategic roadmaps.Drive major industry partnership initiatives that enable straight through processing and workflow standardization across the Alternative Investments industry.Design and implement scalable operating models, controls, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures.Drive operational automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.Represent as the operational subject matter expert on transaction lifecycle initiatives spanning subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, direct funds, ticker-traded products and any related new initiatives.Establish KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to improve operational transparency and performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, operations, or a related field6+ years of experience in financial services, operations, consulting, product strategy, or transformation rolesStrong understanding of alternative investment operations and transaction lifecycle workflowsProven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs and strategic initiativesDemonstrated ability to improve processes through automation, technology, data, and operational redesignExperience developing operating models, governance frameworks, controls, and performance metricsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesAble to influence across business, product, technology, and operations teamsKnowledge of private funds, registered funds, interval funds and alternative investment platforms is preferred Benefits The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
