Transaction Specialist I- Print Operator
About the role
Join Chase’s Global Document Services (GDS), the corporation’s primary print production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. As a Transactions Specialist I in the print department of our Westerville warehouse, you will coordinate, review, and extract data files from various lines of business (Retail, Card Services, Retirement Plan Services, Private Bank, and Treasury Services) for mail distribution. GDS produces a wide variety of products including postcards, letters, statements, checks, invoices, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Offer clients First Class Mail, Standard Class Mail, and E-certified Mail presentment
- Provide USPS Express, USPS International Express, FedEx (Letter/Packages/Freight), UPS (Letter/Packages/Freight), Track One, and Inner Office mail presentment
- Reconcile and validate all files received daily to meet client service level agreements
- Support change management for technology and process improvements, documenting changes
- Coordinate daily document printing using state-of-the-art printers (Canon, Ricoh, IBM) in Roll-to-Roll and Roll-to-Fold environments
- Monitor print queues to prioritize production based on customer service level agreements
- Monitor Videk camera technology that oversees printer output
- Maintain printer color consistency and output quality at all times
Requirements
- Able to lift 40–70 lbs and deliver 200 lb supplies using industrial pull/push carts
- Able to stand/walk for an 8- to 10-hour shift
- High school diploma or five years of production environment work history
- Control-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, including leadership directives, procedural updates, and new technology
