About the role

Support the delivery of advisory services to clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other transaction-related matters. Collaborate with team members to provide strategic advice and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of engagements, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
  • Contribute to client presentations and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement transaction strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in transaction advisory services or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements.
