About the role
Support the delivery of advisory services to clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and other transaction-related matters. Collaborate with team members to provide strategic advice and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of engagements, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute to client presentations and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement transaction strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in transaction advisory services or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements.
