Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior Associate

About the role

The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting and executing financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transaction-related matters. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid accounting foundation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with Managers and Partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance from an accredited college/university required.
• CPA license required or in progress.
• 3-4 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, or related financial advisory services.
• Experience in a CPA firm or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Hands-on experience with QoE, working capital, and cash flow analyses.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and data analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
• Experience supporting M&A transactions a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Able to balance multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and concepts.
• Interest in long-term growth within Transaction Advisory Services.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $115,000. Compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications.
