Transaction Advisory Services Manager
Position Profile
Weaver is looking for a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our growing firm. The Transaction Advisory Services team is widely recognized for delivering exceptional attention to detail and a personal level of service. The team handles transaction sizes ranging from $1 million to over $500 million.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services/financial due diligence, or mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Advanced understanding of technical accounting literature with GAAP
- Experience with due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers, analyzing financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management, and preparing pro forma financial information
- Demonstrated independent thinking and strong decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior experience managing, mentoring, and developing staff
- Proven ability to manage and expand services to existing clients
