Transaction Advisory Director

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction services engagements
• Perform financial quality of earnings and debt analyses
• Evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies
• Create tailored transaction advisory reports
• Guide clients for efficient product delivery
• Lead due diligence meetings with target management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Current licensed CPA
• 8+ years of audit or transaction advisory experience
• PREFERRED: Experience with Big 4, National or large regional firms
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
