Training Partner, LFP Cell Manufacturing

The Cell Manufacturing Training Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to support training needs in Sparks, Nevada. The ideal candidate will coordinate and deploy training for new hires and existing team members, focusing on production environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively with the Tesla onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition into training
• Allocate different groups into appropriate training to prepare them for their roles
• Communicate with trainees, stakeholders, and managers about training plans and progress
• Facilitate live trainings for new hires, existing employees, and other trainings as needed
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accuracy and update Versatility Charts
• Set expectations for new hires according to Tesla standards, covering safety, quality, and efficiency
• Maintain a contamination-free environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in Tesla Production (lead experience preferred)
• Strong presenter with passion to facilitate large groups
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrates professionalism including communication, dress, and attitude while modeling Tesla's core values
• Background or understanding of adult learning principles and Learning Management System (LMS)
• Open to schedule flexibility that allows for a variety of shifts including weekends
• Command of the English language, both written and verbal
