About the Opportunity

The Training Manager will lead training and development initiatives focused on Payment Integrity clinical and coding audits. This role ensures that learning programs align with business objectives and support operational readiness. The Training Manager will develop high-performing teams, establish clear expectations, and collaborate across functions to build scalable training solutions that enhance organizational capabilities and performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve training and development activities for Payment Integrity clinical and coding audits
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for learning initiatives
• Support employee growth and development
• Ensure training programs effectively support business goals and operational readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable training solutions
• Improve performance outcomes and strengthen organizational capability
• Report to the Senior Training Manager

Requirements

• Experience in people leadership and developing high-performing teams
• Proven ability to drive training strategy, operational execution, and learner outcomes
• Strong skills in building scalable training solutions
• Ability to support business goals through learning initiatives

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
Up to 10% annual travel for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements
