Training Lead / Project Manager I

About the role

The Training Lead / Project Manager I is responsible for overseeing training programs and project management tasks within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and project management roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana or Trello.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.
