About the role
The role of Training Lead, Process Pipe BIM involves overseeing the development and implementation of training programs focused on Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the process pipe industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in BIM and training methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive BIM training programs for process pipe engineers and technicians.
- Evaluate and recommend new BIM technologies and tools that enhance training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between training objectives and project goals.
- Assess training needs and develop customized training plans based on feedback and performance data.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to trainees to improve their understanding and application of BIM concepts.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in BIM and training to stay current and innovative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM and training in the process pipe industry.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
