Responsibilities
- Coordinates scheduling and delivery of assigned workshops, both classroom and virtually.
- Team teaches selected workshops.
- Ensures classrooms (both in-person and virtual) are training ready, including preparing accurate training materials and manuals, and ensuring instructors are scheduled and prepared for class.
- Conducts and maintains complex classes in the Learning Management System to support training schedules.
- Analyzes training needs and makes recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.
- Competence in the use of Zoom or similar software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Possess a high level of integrity and personal accountability.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Experience: None required, but experience in planning, coordinating, or conducting staff development and training courses, or teaching or professional experience in providing or administering human services or governmental programs will substitute for the required education on the basis of one year of experience for two years of education.
- Military Experience: Current or prior military experience will substitute for the required college on a year-for-year basis.
