You will help drive the effectiveness of our Structured On-the-Job Training (S-OJT) program, create engaging learning materials, and lead training-focused projects that align with business objectives. Responsibilities
- Facilitate Structured On-the-Job Training (S-OJT) to accelerate skill development and employee proficiency.
- Deliver hands-on training sessions using adult learning principles and best practices.
- Lead and support training-related projects that align with operational and business goals.
- Develop and maintain Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIBs), training guides, and learning materials.
- Monitor training progress and support accountability for learning outcomes.
- Partner with supervisors and team leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training processes, tools, and documentation.
- Provide on-the-floor coaching and support to ensure successful integration of training into daily operations.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or workforce development programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
- Experience creating training documentation, work instructions, or process-based learning materials.
- Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and influence positive learning outcomes.
