Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for the management and efficient operation of the HealthStream Learning Management System.
• Participate in the onboarding of new staff.
• Assist the program management team with evaluating and updating training curricula.
• Research available training topics as needed.
• Facilitate module and curriculum enrollments.
• Input face-to-face training attendance records.
• Report monthly to supervisory staff on incomplete or overdue tasks.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field strongly preferred.
• Five years' experience in the healthcare field, knowledge of behavioral health issues, and teaching experience is required.
• Experience with web-based training software and with navigating continuing education programs preferred.
