Position: Training and Development Center Warehouse Associate Location: Atlanta, GA (ONSITE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time) Who We Are West Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Windows, and Doors. Purpose Of Position The Training and Development Center Warehouse Associate reports to the Training and Development Center Manager and oversees the training and development center warehouse to fully support the operations at the training center. Also participate in the training of newly hired/existing Warehouse Associates. This position works closely with the Inventory Management, Fleet, and Warehouse Operations teams across the organization. Key Role Accountabilities Warehouse Associate Support to Facility:Responsible for inspection and documentation of all deliveries, including identifying any visible damage.Ownership of the Bill of Lading process, including verifying the materials and manifest for accuracy and identifying, documenting, and communicating discrepancies. Ensure product has been received into Salesforce within the communicated deadline in accordance with the applicable standard operating procedure. Responsible for reporting damaged goods or materials to the appropriate department pursuant to the standard operating procedure. Provide completed packing lists and Bill of Lading to the local Operations Administrator. Responsible for submitting purchase requests to the Inventory department. Support Corporate Training Department:Deliver initial training for roles within the functional area for Warehouse Associates in accordance with the training curriculum.Conduct sustainment Warehouse Management System (“WMS”) training i.e. WMS, loss prevention, inventory vending machine, receiving, returns/transfers, etc. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required.Required to pass certification and test for counterbalance forklift operation.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems required.Demonstrated ability to safely operate a forklift.Organized self-starter.High attention to detail. Compensation The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22-$24 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
