Training and Transformation Lead​ (Houston or Dallas)

Job Summary

The Training and Transformation Lead will support our learning management system with Persona driven paths, develop interactive training modules, and assist in training and adoption processes using the Prosci methodology.

Essential Functions

• Learn new technologies and deliver quality e-learning and interactive video training to attorneys and staff
• Build out firm-wide training newsletters
• Develop training by persona for business services with HR
• Lead weekly new hire technology training and onboarding
• Develop interactive hands-on e-learning exercises as follow-up to live classes or videos

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working in the legal, training, or client-facing role
• Preferred qualifications: PROSCI certification, Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Scribe, Canva, familiarity with Legal tech tools, Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s Degree
