About the role
The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development roles.
- Experience with adult learning theories and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
