Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development roles.
  • Experience with adult learning theories and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and innovation in training.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
