Key Responsibilities
- Aid in scheduling training sessions, workshops, inductions, and meetings
- Prepare training registers, attendance sheets, materials, certificates, and feedback forms
- Capture and update training data, learner records, attendance registers, and completion records
- Support communication with employees, learners, facilitators, service providers, and stakeholders
- Auxiliary in booking venues, arranging refreshments, preparing training rooms, and supporting virtual training sessions
- Maintain organized training files and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Assist in compiling training reports, statistics, and general administration
- Respond to training-related queries and provide administrative support to the Training / Learning and Development team
Qualifications
- Completed or studying towards an N6, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, Training, or Learning and Development
- Must require workplace experience or be seeking internship experience
- Must be currently unemployed
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
